Positive: The property is stunning, beach front, landscaping is beautiful. The people made this experience even better!
Negative: We do understand but, the lady that sells souvenirs on beach is so loud and rude! She watches you like a hawk, and if you buy from the other gentleman who also sells she will yell at you! Her yelling all day takes away from the relaxation of the beach! Doreen who sells the memberships is rude if you don’t show up for your appointment ! We did have the opportunity to eat at the Italian restaurant, atmosphere beautiful, food was outstanding! The hotel should just take these restaurants off the table since it’s reserved for members only! The buffet was outstanding plenty of food many options and the restaurant is cleaned constantly! The bar tenders are such a joy to deal with, each one had such great personalities very pleasant!! Watching them deal with guest is amazing! We were so relaxed all week. I slept all night the pillows and mattresses were so comfortable! The rooms are not fancy, but clean and we came for that beautiful beach! Thank you great job! Mercedes who works the beach gathering cups left on beach is such a joy, please tell him. The lack of shade on beach can be tough, they do not use umbrellas, just large palm trees as your shade, people steal your shade even though you are set up under a particular tree! But, overall this is a fine resort and Freeport Bahamas is gorgeous! God bless the Bahamas and its people.

Positive: Catering was very good - location good and private beach excellent. Good effort made for Bahamas Independence Day - most enjoyable.
Negative: Was not given the ocean view I booked but was then moved to an ocean view. Having just travelled I lost my sense of humour at that point! Then the Room was ok if small One night I was unhappy when the coffee I was taking to the lounge was taken off me by a man at the door and poured into a paper cup. (!) On site excursions very expensive, cheaper elsewhere. The snorkelling trip was disappointing…
